Dakota Business Lending is pleased to welcome Paige McQuade to the team as a Credit and Underwriting Specialist, working to ensure compliance with Agency rules and regulations, develop and complete new credit requests, and monitor and review all loans within our Corporate risk rate model. Overall, she will assist our team in maintaining their reputation as the leading small business lender in North Dakota and Western Minnesota and insuring quality service at all times.
Born and raised in the Fargo/Moorhead area, McQuade remained in North Dakota where she attained a Business Finance Degree at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. Since then, McQuade has gained experience as a Teller, Relationship Banker, and Credit Analyst at Alerus, where she has worked for the past five years. She has joined the Dakota Business Lending team to further grow her skills and career and looks forward to working at a company where the values are similar and correspond with her own. In her free time, McQuade enjoys traveling to visit her family in Colorado, as well as spending time with her dog and cat.
