Dakota Business Lending Expands their $1,000 – $5.5M Loan Programs into Entire Service Area

Sep 7, 2022

For over 40 years, Dakota Business Lending has been working to create custom financing packages for businesses in North Dakota and five counties in western Minnesota through various unique and creative loan programs. In 2019, the organization became a multi-state Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified Development Corporation (CDC) and expanded their primary loan program – the SBA 504 – to small businesses throughout Montana. Today, they are proud to announce all their special loan programs are now available throughout their entire service area of North Dakota, Montana, and strategic, targeted areas of Minnesota.

Dakota Business Lending’s loan programs offer financing anywhere between $1,000 and $5.5 million for all stages of business growth and expansion. The programs range from fixed-rate, revolving, and gap financing and are available for a variety of different needs and uses.  The SBA 504 and SBA 504 Debt Refinance – Dakota Business Lending’s primary loan programs – provide up to $5.5 million for long-term fixed assets at a fixed, below-market interest rate and up to 25-year term.

The other non-504 loan programs, including SBA Intermediary Lending Program (ILP), Rural Development Intermediary Relending Program (IRP), and Main Street, will allow Dakota Business Lending to better meet the needs of small business owners in their entire service area of North Dakota, Montana, and strategic, targeted areas of Minnesota.

One key aspect to delivering these financial solutions to small businesses across a large area is Dakota Business Lending’s business development team. With extensive background in lending, financing, and small business, the organization’s lending experts have over 125 years of combined knowledge and experience and are located in remote offices throughout the service area.
