Awards and Recognitions
Perhaps one of the most exciting parts of 2021 was being the $30M New Markets Tax Credits allocation. This program will help us encourage and jumpstart investment in low-incomes census tracts to create jobs, bring new opportunities to qualifying areas, and fill a financing gap for transformative projects.
